Eliminating Unnecessary Maintenance Trips
I know some of you may be asking yourselves, “Why does it seem there is always maintenance due on my airplane?” Have you recently had to spend your hard earned dollars to fly your airplane to the maintenance shop because you had one or two items which were overdue?
It does seem true that along with the Beechcraft Phase Inspection Program is a never ending list of additional inspections, lubrication, servicing, and component replacement items required on your Beechcraft King Air Series aircraft. And it’s no different with you Cessna Citation people who are dealing with over 50 different phase inspections or MSG-3 program inspections on your airplanes.
Well, all is not lost. All it takes is a little common sense and proper scheduling to eliminate unnecessary repeated trips to your maintenance facility !!! At Advancetech, we realize that along with the proper scheduling of inspections and required maintenance on your aircraft comes the elimination of those unscheduled, unwanted trips to your aircraft maintenance facility for those couple pick up items which could have been and maybe should have been taken care of previously. We have made it a habit of not just covering the scope of work performed with the owner or pilot of an aircraft in for inspection, but we also cover what to expect at the next inspection and, just as important, when it will be coming due. A little common sense plus a little communication equals a lot of peace of mind.
Although we gladly work with whatever maintenance tracking service / software you might be utilizing to track the maintenance of your King Air or Citation such as CESCOM, CAMP, or TRAX, to name a couple, Advancetech also maintains extremely user-friendly Excel maintenance spreadsheets on each aircraft we maintain. These reports function as well as the maintenance tracking services you might be paying big dollars for to track your aircraft maintenance. The one huge exception is Advancetech does not charge for our service.
So if you find yourself flying your Beechcraft King Air or Cessna Citation more to the shop than anywhere else, make your next flight to Advancetech Aircraft Maintenance where maintenance tracking and scheduling (and common sense) are always free.
